This is a family owned/run business by Aiden and Rhiannon, and these two are the perfect example of how a business should operate. There's no B.S., they are honest and transparent from the very start, super competitive with their prices, and blew one major competitor out of the water, pardon the pun. Their scheduling was on point, and they worked through rain, hail and shine to meet every deadline. There were no hidden costs, overheads or incidentals, they took care of absolutely everything for us, even down to the smallest details because we were so time poor with work commitments.

Aiden and Rhiannon made us aware of every possible scenario and cost, they were always only a phone call and/or email away, and there were a lot of them, even when they were on their family holiday, they were sending updates and information regarding our pool/spa install.
Clearwater Pools' customer service and knowledge is exemplary, and second to none. Their friendly, patient and down to earth demeanour took away all our stress. This was a huge expense for us, thinking so much could have gone wrong, however because Aiden and Rhiannon had Plan A to D in place, nothing was ever a drama, too much to ask, too hard, and there was never a question and/or request they couldn't answer or meet.
With our backyard makeover they also recommended an electrician, landscaper and fencer, and we decided to use them as well. Reputation is everything, it can make or break a business, and we were so impressed with Clearwater Pools and the work they did for us, we knew the businesses they recommended would also be of a very high standard, and we weren't disappointed with those trades either.

The moment we engaged them to visit our property, Aidan was easy to communicate with, provided great ideas and it was evident he knew he stuff. The entire process was made very easy with Aidan being the hands on man and Rhainnonn dealing with all the behind the scenes/ admin. Although Rhiannon did pop out to the site and get her hands dirty too.
We were surprised at how quick the process was and we always knew what the next steps were.
