What to expect with our Installation process
Step 1 – Let’s Get Started
Reach out via our website or give us a call on 0409 427 106 to book your free on-site quote with Aidan — no pressure, no obligation, just honest advice.
Step 2 – Choose Your Dream Pool
Select your perfect pool design and pick from our wide range of stunning colours. We’ll guide you through the SPASA contract, and a small deposit will secure your order.
Each pool is made to order. While your pool is being prepared, we’ll take care of all the necessary permits and insurances (this process typically takes 8–12 weeks). Once everything’s ready, we’ll be in touch to confirm your dig date!
Step 3 – Dig Day
It’s an exciting day! Our team will carefully mark out your pool area, confirm the placement with you, and then begin excavating your new pool.
Step 4 – Placement
We’ll prepare and level the base for your pool. Once your pool arrives, it will be carefully lowered into the correct position. After placement, we’ll begin the plumbing and running your pipes to the equipment location
Step 5- Filling & Backfilling
Now we fill the pool with water and backfill with crusher dust to keep the pool secure in the ground
Step 6- Bond Beam
We then concrete a bond beam to suit your 400mm coping tile, ready for your landscapers to come in & do there magic.
Step 7 – Final Touches
We install all your pool equipment and ensure everything is running perfectly. Your pool is vacuumed and balanced with the necessary chemicals, ready for you to dive in and enjoy!
Step 8- Handover
We’ll provide a full handover, guiding you through pool operation and maintenance—then it’s time to enjoy your new pool for years to come
