It already includes the engineer's plans, builder's warranty insurance, the building permit fee, excavation, delivery, crane hire, placement, backfill, plumbing and filtration.
Most installs take 7 days from excavation to completion, including earthworks, placement, plumbing, electrical work and finishing. Weather and site conditions can affect timing, and we keep you updated the whole way.
Yes, we take care of the permit process for you, and the building permit fee is included in your quote. If your block needs a build over easement application or a town planning permit, those fees may be extra. We will let you know at your on-site quote.
Permanent pool fencing and landscaping are not included. You will also need two power points at the filtration, usually within 10m of the deep end, plus a separate outlet for a pool light or spa. If your pool area isn't level, allow for building up or benching the site and any retaining.
Yes. Tight access installs are one of our specialties. We use mini excavators and specialised machinery to reach backyards other builders can't, and we work out the best approach during your free on-site quote.
Every Barrier Reef pool comes with a lifetime structural warranty. Equipment and installation workmanship are covered under manufacturer warranties, and we are here to support you long after handover.
Both are fibreglass ranges we supply and install. The Barrier Reef range carries Australian Standards 5‑Tick Certification and a lifetime structural warranty, while the TFPC range adds more shapes and sizes to choose from.
